Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. In a feature from the January 2020 edition of US Lacrosse Magazine, we had some fun with 20 bold predictions for the next 20 years are lacrosse. Some are plausible. Some most definitely are not.

2. Last weekend’s Spring Premiere in San Antonio was a great example of what happens when you put some of the world’s best players on the field at once. We broke down the five best plays of the weekend.

3. Our college previews of Nike/US Lacrosse Top 20 teams rolls on. The No. 17-ranked Villanova men face a gauntlet of a schedule early on, as three of the top four teams are scheduled within the first 10 days of the season.

4. As for the No. 17 Florida women, head coach Amanda O’Leary lost a fair amount to graduation or transfers. Luckily, she brought in a highly touted recruiting class.

  • The Premier Lacrosse League continues to solidify itself as a media behemoth with the official launch of its own podcast network, PLL Podcasts. Paul Rabil will host “Unbuckled Chinstrap,” and social media coordinators Lisa Redmond and Emma Adams will host “The Inside Feed.”

  • This story by Glenn Graham of the Baltimore Sun profiles Moriah Yousefi, who will play for Rutgers this season after spending time at Hartford Community College.

  • College Crosse previewed the 2020 schedule for the Wagner men.
