Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Over the last several weeks, many lacrosse coaches from outside of the Big Ten have been sharing off-the-record information that the Big Ten will only be playing conference games this spring for men’s and women’s lacrosse, potentially playing a home-and-home schedule.

Inside Lacrosse wrote a story on Thursday sharing that sentiment based on feedback from women’s lacrosse coaches outside of the Big Ten that said they had been told by Big Ten coaches that they would not be able to schedule nonconference games in 2021. An unnamed men’s lacrosse coach told IL that no directive from the Big Ten Conference office to only play conference games had been shared with him.

2. Team USA star defender Megan Douty is the latest athlete featured in our popular Give & Go section of US Lacrosse Magazine. Was it two-time Tewaaraton winner and current U.S. teammate Katie Haus or the Turf Monster that got her as a freshman at Maryland?

3. Syracuse’s Stephen Rehfuss on a lacrosse field? You can bet it’s going to be a family affair, including support from his five sisters. Nelson Rice profiles the star attacker for the Orange.

4. Angie Benson and Mark Ellis have made their voices heard on Blaxers Blog “Let’s Talk About It” series on Instagram. The lacrosse stars don’t plan on slowing down in 2021.

5. The Centennial Conference has yet to make a decision on spring sports, but the league, one of the top NCAA Division III men’s and women’s lacrosse conferences in the country, announced on Thursday that it will not hold fall or winter sports in the 2020-21 academic year.

6. We love having veteran journalist Patrick Stevens as a key contributor to our college lacrosse coverage. Here’s a thread to some of his recent work for us.
