Connor Buczek was born to be a Cornell lacrosse player. He didn't know he'd also end up as the head coach of the program he called home for four years.

Buczek, the youngest head coach in Division I men's lacrosse, announced his retirement from professional lacrosse to dedicate all of his working time to building Cornell into a powerhouse. He's well on his way to bringing the Big Red back to glory, but he's focused on developing a talented group of young men.

The All-American middie turned up-and-coming coaching star sat down with Paul Carcaterra to share his journey and what's next in Ithaca.
