Athletes Unlimited announced its inaugural college draft class via YouTube Premiere on Tuesday afternoon, with North Carolina’s record-setting attacker Katie Hoeg going first overall.

North Carolina led the 13-player draft with four players selected.

These 13 players join Athletes Unlimited ahead of its inaugural women’s lacrosse season, scheduled for July 23 to August 22 in the Washington, D.C., metro area.

Before each week, the four players atop the individual points leaderboard will draft new teams to compete with and against — creating dream pairings on offense, defense and everywhere inbetween.
